Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Applicability

By accessing or using this website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Services and Changes

Arrowsense provides enterprise AI consulting, solution design, systems integration, deployment support, and related technical services.

We may reasonably modify service features, workflows, or technical approaches while aiming to minimize business disruption.

3. Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact and business information and remain responsible for its legality.

Delays or risks caused by inaccurate information are the responsibility of the submitting party.

4. Lawful Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the services for unlawful activities or conduct that infringes third-party rights or harms security.

Without authorization, you may not reverse engineer, circumvent safeguards, perform malicious scanning, or disrupt operations.

5. Data and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring lawful data sources, sufficient authorization, and compliance with applicable laws.

Where required, parties may execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or NDA to define responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Arrowsense retains all rights to pre-existing technologies, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools.

Ownership and license scope of project deliverables are governed by the applicable contract.

7. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential and non-public information obtained during cooperation and may disclose it only as required by law.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination, subject to contractual terms.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not responsible beyond legal requirements for impacts caused by third-party platforms, network failures, force majeure, or client environment constraints.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, special, lost-profit, or data-loss damages.

Where legally allowed and contractually agreed, liability caps follow the applicable contract terms.

10. Term, Suspension, and Termination

These Terms take effect upon first use and remain in force until the relevant service relationship ends.

Arrowsense may suspend or terminate services for material breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law agreed by the parties in applicable contracts.

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to a competent court or arbitration body.

12. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms due to legal or business changes. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
